Production & Shipping
Please allow 2-7 business days for apparel production and 3-4 business days for shipping. BIRD LEGZ BRAND works with an eco-friendly dropshipping company that has fulfillment centers world wide. Your order is routed and made at the closest fulfillment center to your shipping address. This not only allows for faster shipping and lower rates, but also helps reduce CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders. Products are also packaged using post-consumer recycled plastics.
Equipment & Inks
By supporting BIRD LEGZ BRAND you are also investing in eco-friendly printing technology and sustainable fashion. BIRD LEGZ products are made using Kornit printers/ direct to garment printing methods which allows us to print one-offs and avoid overproduction and textile waste. Kornit printers produce almost zero wastewater and use less energy, lowering overall carbon footprint. Biodegradable Vegan NeoPigment Inks are used in printing our products. They are water-based, toxin-free and non-hazardous. Left-over ink is disposed of according to supplier guidelines.
Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy. Please request a return within 30 days after receiving your BIRD LEGZ products. All requests made after 30 days are no longer eligible for a return or refund. All products must be unworn in order to be eligible for a return. Please contact ebirdart@gmail.com to begin the return process.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
My name is Emily Pinnell Sheehan, the athlete and artist behind BIRD LEGZ BRAND. I created BIRD LEGZ BRAND to merge my love for design, movement, and eco-friendly production methods into functional artwork to inspire movement and creativity. I am interested in diet and movement practices to heal the body and mind. I was born and raised a competitive athlete: gymnastics, soccer, and cross country were my main sports; though I dabbled in many. Over the years competitive sports faded out, but I continued to run long distance as a physical and mental outlet. I was always artsy and attended college at UNF in 2010 to study graphic design and sculpture. I swore I’d never go to yoga. It came on as trendy. Also, as a runner, I didn’t want to be confined to one place for an extended period of time. On a freezing day in Jax Beach a friend sold me on taking a yoga class when she mentioned hot rooms. On the account of me being competitive and freezing, I signed up for the hottest most advanced class offered. Needless to say, It kicked my ass and I mostly laid on my mat defrosting in defeat and disbelief; though completely intrigued! It reminded me a lot of my love for gymnastics, but without the rigidity and competition. I began to practice yoga regularly and over the years it has become my main go-to for balancing my physical and emotional states. I completed my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training & Circuit Training with Black Sand Yoga / Arrichion April 7, 2021. I hope to help others discover their own physical and mental strengths through yoga in the ways that it has helped me.
